More than 50 percent of the residences have been sold at Cielo, the most exquisite luxury condominium building on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

More than half of Cielo's 128 homes have been acquired by buyers looking to own part of the newest creation by JD Carlisle Development Corp., developer of the highly acclaimed Morton Square condominium in the West Village.
