Real Estate Weekly - Elad creates 'dream team' to market Plaza condos

Elad Properties has created a "dream team" for the marketing of the 200 luxury condominium homes at The Plaza in midtown Manhattan.

The Manhattan-based developer has announced that Cantor & Pecorella, Inc. will serve as Special Marketing Consultant on the project.

Dana Pecorella, a founding partner of the sales and marketing firm Cantor & Pecorella, will work closely with Elizabeth Stribling and her team at Stribling Marketing Associates on the prestigious assignment. Stribling is exclusive sales and marketing agent for the Plaza condominiums. "The Plaza is an extraordinary one-of-a-kind property and we wanted the best possible team to carry out this multi-faceted marketing and sales campaign," stated Elad Properties president Miki Naftali.

Cantor Pecorella has successfully marketed many Elad developments over the years, including 21 Astor Place, 49 East 21st Street, and the Campiello Collection.

The luxury condominium homes at The Plaza, which are now being designed by a New York-based design team comprised of Gal Nauer of Gal Nauer Architects and Costas Kondylis and Partners, will range in size from one to four bedrooms and will occupy the top 12 floors of the building as well as some lower floors facing Central Park. An on-site Plaza sales office opened in June.

Elad Properties, owner of The Plaza, has named Stribling Marketing Associates as exclusive sales and marketing agent for the 200 luxury condominium homes that will soon be built at the legendary landmark property overlooking Central Park at 57th Street and Fifth Avenue.

The hotel, which closed at the end of April for a major makeover, will reopen late in 2006 as one of the most exclusive mixed used properties in the world, featuring one-of-a-kind luxury residences, elegant hotel rooms and ultra-exclusive retail facilities.

"We are thrilled and excited to be part of this extraordinary project," stated Stribling founder, Elizabeth Stribling.

Mrs. Stribling, together with her Senior Vice President Christopher Wilson, will head the Plaza marketing efforts.

Dana Pecorella of Cantor Pecorella, Inc. will serve as a marketing consultant on the project. Rosita Sarnoff will serve as Project Manager and the Stribling sales team will be headed by Alexa Lambert and Scan Murphy Turner.
