Pre-sale construction prices for the studios, one-and two-bedroom homes are expected to range from the low $200,000s to the low $600,000s. Penthouse prices have yet to be determined.
The 19-story luxury building will contain 113 condo units, composed of lofts, studios and one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, as well as approximately 4,000 s/f of ground floor retail space.
